Build your interview template
Upload the forms and questionnaires your firm already uses, as PDF, Word or text files. Truly’s built-in generator turns them into an interview. You can also upload a ready-made template as JSON, following the sample format.

Assign it to a client
Schedule from Truly by picking an existing client or adding a new one, or let your own system trigger the interview through the Truly API. Add your own contact and case IDs so everything stays linked.

The client gets a secure link
Truly sends the invite by email, SMS or WhatsApp with your personal note. The client also gets a secure portal account, created automatically.

The client completes the interview
The client speaks or types their answers in English or Spanish. Truly follows your template, asks follow-up questions when an answer is unclear, and collects the documents you need.

The case shows the document checklist, the audio with a searchable transcript, and the facts Truly extracted, ready for attorney review.
